Scot, the designer and the entire team at Cutting Edge were a pleasure to deal with.  I did extensive renovations on my kitchen, laundry room, primary bathroom and closet.  Millie listened carefully to my ideas then created designs that improved on them.  They were responsive and very communicative before and during my project and I felt like my home was in good hands the entire time.  We didn't work on the project until we had a complete understanding of the project timeline.  Once work commenced the Cutting Edge team was able to meet or beat every milestone.  Among the concerns most homeowners have before commencing a project of this scope is if the contractor will communicate well, perform quality work and deliver a completed project.  Cutting Edge exceeded my expectations in these areas and I recommend them without reservation.  While you may find someone cheaper, the Cutting Edge team unquestionably delivers quality and value.

The scope of this project was extensive and included far more than a typical kitchen/bath update. The Cutting Edge team (Scot and Maryann, principals; Millie, designer; and their crew) were a joy to work with and the completed renovation exceeded our expectations.

We selected Cutting Edge because of their approach and experience. Their vision, attention to detail, and honest/responsive communications proved truly exceptional. Maryann play a key role in design and in sourcing materials compatible with our standards.

We recently moved to Florida, now living in San Remo at Palmira. We wanted to do a kitchen upgrade and were lucky enough to find Cutting Edge Construction. They coordinated the hiring of several companies when needed.  The house was painted on the interior and exterior, and many problems were fixed. We are very pleased at the outcome.
